The Famous Lean Six Sigma Training

Now the integration of the two concepts will result in the DMAIC which is an acronym for define, measure, analyze, improve and control. Now with this integration, one will be able to eliminate useless processes and improve the product.

Basically, one would first have to define the problem, measure the extent of this problem, and analyze it. After making an analysis, one should now think of a solution that would help solve this problem. From there, improve the process and control it so that one can properly maintain the process and make sure that the efficient process is done all the time in order to maximize profits and decrease losses.

So basically, that is how this type of method actually works. Now the levels of the mastery of one in this art would mimic that of the ranking in martial arts. Basically, the ranking for this would be white belt, yellow belt, green belt, black belt, and the last one would be the master black belt wherein one is already a master of this method.
