Libraries have been the primary access of man to empowering knowledge before the Internet was invented. Books where still the main source of knowledge and wisdom for many previous generations. It is not until today that information was spoon fed into personal computers and mobile phones. Even with the rise of high tech gadgets that can serve as portable mediums of learning, people are still interested with books and nothing can ever replace it even if generations will succeed and succeed.

They also have expertise in library science and well informed with the trends for library services. Some of the experiences that may have helped them would include setting, facilitation, decision making, problem solving, presentation, development, and planning.
